Terms And Conditions


1. Introduction
This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Vynix Agency ("Vynix," "We," "Us," or "Our") and the undersigned Client ("Client," "You," or "Your"). 
Vynix provides social media management services including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, performance reporting, and engagement boosting as per the selected package.
 
2. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD.

  • Payment Schedule:

    • For prepaid business customers, full payment upfront is required.

    • For deals above $1,000, a 50% payment upfront is required, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.

  • Payment Methods: Payments shall be made via invoice, credit card, or other methods specified by Vynix Agency.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available within 7 days of order placement if no work has started. No refunds will be provided after work begins, except as outlined in Section 7.


3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate access to their social media accounts and supply any branding assets or guidelines needed for content creation.
Please consider:

  • Account access is essential for us to manage and create content effectively.

  • Although we offer unlimited revisions, excessive or unreasonable revision requests may impact the project timeline. In such cases, additional charges may apply to protect the project scope and resources.


4. Delivery Time
Content delivery timelines depend on the chosen package and typically range from 2 weeks to 1.5 months. Vynix will communicate any delays promptly.
Note: Timelines may be extended if there are additional requests or revisions from the client.
 
6. Community Management
We will be your social media assistant by replying to comments and direct messages on your behalf to build relationships and increase engagement with your audience.

7. Engagement Booster
Engagement boosting services use organic and platform-compliant methods. Vynix does not guarantee specific follower or engagement counts due to algorithm factors.

8. Confidentiality
Vynix will keep all client information confidential and will not share or use client data for any purpose other than service delivery.
 
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds for prepaid services are subject to work completed.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Vynix is not liable for results from third-party platforms (e.g., ad performance, follower growth) beyond our control.

  • Vynix’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  • Vynix is not responsible for Client losses due to platform policy changes, account suspensions, or external factors.
     

11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Oregon, USA. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Portland before pursuing legal action.
 
12. Amendments
Vynix may update this Agreement with written notice to the Client. Continued engagement with services constitutes acceptance of updates.
